1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk12 ("pk12", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk12.bet. pk12 operates as an online casino and sportsbook platform serving players including those based in Pakistan, under an internationally recognised gaming licence.

The pk12 platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, sports betting markets (including cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi, tennis, and UFC), bonus programmes, and associated payment services conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms apply to all such services without exception.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk12. References to "the Platform" mean all web pages, features, tools, and services available under the pk12.bet domain.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with pk12, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk12 enforces strict 21+ age verification on every account. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted through the standard account creation process.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where access to pk12 has been geo-restricted by the operator.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pk12 or any affiliated responsible gaming body to which pk12 subscribes.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of pk12 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid email address. pk12 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, passport, or utility bill — to verify the information you have provided at any time. Failure to supply requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk12 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk12 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify pk12 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pk12 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity.

Account balances held on pk12 are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These balances represent a claim against pk12 for the stated amount and do not accrue interest. Player funds are held separately from operational funds in accordance with the requirements of pk12's international gaming licence.

• You may not transfer funds between pk12 accounts or to third-party accounts outside of the platform's designated withdrawal process.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your pk12 account or any account balance to another person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal and contact details associated with your account remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• pk12 may require periodic re-verification of your identity in compliance with its ongoing KYC and AML obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk12 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. pk12 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account held in the registered player's name. Such deposits will be returned to the source instrument minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment instrument that was previously used to deposit funds into the pk12 account, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing by pk12 compliance.
• pk12 reserves the right to process withdrawal requests in stages and may require identity verification to be completed before releasing funds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5. Withdrawal requests submitted while active bonus wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus balance.
• pk12 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated on the platform for each payment method, but does not guarantee processing times due to factors outside its control including bank processing schedules and payment network conditions in Pakistan.
• pk12 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk12 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all pk12 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment instrument. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is a prohibited practice under Section 7.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published on the relevant promotion page. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• pk12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have claimed a promotion in accordance with its stated terms.
• Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if pk12 determines that a player has exploited bonus terms, engaged in matched betting, employed prohibited betting patterns, or otherwise acted in bad faith with respect to promotional offers.
• PKR bonus amounts are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk12 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting interface on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

With respect to sports betting, including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, and international tournaments), the following general conditions apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Market odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• pk12 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome of an event has been determined prior to the bet being placed, or where bet placement is suspected to have been made with prior knowledge of a fixed or corrupted outcome.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during a live event at pk12's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary by event, market type, and player account status.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, follow standard international cricket betting rules with specific provisions for rain-affected matches, no-results, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes as published in the sportsbook rules section.

Casino and live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game operates under its own published rules and uses certified random number generation technology or live-streamed physical game elements. pk12 does not influence game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk12 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or operating any account other than your single registered account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using pk12 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from pk12.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer games or poker-format games.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed through pk12.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any co-ordinated scheme involving multiple accounts or external parties.
• Accessing pk12 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, using VPN or proxy technologies to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk12 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk12 platform — including but not limited to the pk12 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pk12 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk12 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pk12 content without prior written permission.

9 Privacy & Data

pk12 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pk12, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk12 implements SSL encryption on all data transmissions and applies strict internal data security standards. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory bodies as required for the lawful operation of the platform and compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

You have the right to request access to the personal data pk12 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to pk12's legal retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact pk12 support at the address provided in Section 15.

10 Responsible Gaming

pk12 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered account. These tools include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your pk12 account.
• Session time reminders — configure notifications to alert you when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the pk12 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period specified and are actioned within 24 hours of the request being received.
• Reality checks — on-screen prompts displaying time spent and net wagering position during active play sessions.

pk12 enforces 21+ age verification without exception. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned (excluding any winnings), and the matter may be reported to relevant child protection authorities.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk12's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your pk12 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk12 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of pk12.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical interruptions, or connectivity failures outside pk12's reasonable control, including failures in Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, market descriptions, or game rules, where such information contained errors that were subsequently corrected.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your own breach of these Terms or from your provision of inaccurate account information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk12's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

pk12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A finding that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third-party responsible gaming notification.
• A directive from a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pk12 support. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, bonus calculation, or account decision, you should contact pk12 customer support in the first instance. pk12 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint submitted via the support channel.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pk12 support, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution process available under pk12's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from pk12 compliance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk12 holds its gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal dispute arising from these Terms.

14 Amendments

pk12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform, not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the pk12 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
